Hennepin County's Individual Contributor Mentoring Program (ICMP)

 Last week, more than 25 participants graduated from the Individual Contributor Mentoring Program (ICMP), ending with empowering and inspirational leadership stories. The ICMP was created by our Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) department to guide employees to understand and leverage their strengths, discover their passions, and develop into an authentic leader. Congratulations to all participants! And a huge shout out to all mentors, speakers, and supervisors that were there to celebrate this very special moment with the 2024 ICMP cohort!
