Building Services Engineering Program (BSE)
This program is an expansion of the Building Operations Technician (BOT) pathway. Participants receive all the BOT training and credentialling while also being offered additional paid training and work experience. This additional training will qualify candidates for roles as Facilities Maintenance Operation Engineers.

Office Specialist
In a virtual and on-site setting, participants hone their administrative, technology, and customer service skills with Hennepin County laptops, courses are taught by Project for Pride in Living instructors in collaboration with Hennepin County staff. Graduates are eligible for a variety of job classes, including the most common Office Specialist III or Office Specialist, Principal.

Operator Apprenticeship with Hennepin Energy Recovery Center
Apprentices gain hands-on experience in welding, working in confined spaces, and general machine maintenance. Graduates are eligible to apply for full time employment at the Hennepin Energy Recovery Center and Hennepin County's Facility Services.
