Applications reviewed
Once you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.
After the application deadline, Human Resources review applications for minimum qualifications for the job. We may do additional screenings.
You’ll get an email stating whether or not you’re moving ahead in the process. This usually happens within one week after the application deadline.
Interview scheduled and conducted
The hiring manager reviews applications and invites candidates to interview.
Candidates interview for the job.
Offer made to selected candidate
The hiring manager makes an offer to a candidate.
Post-offer screening conducted for some positions
Required checks may include:
Criminal background check
Driver’s license check
Psychological test
Drug or alcohol test
Language assessment for jobs requiring bilingual skills
Start employment
Attend new employee orientation (NEO)
Fill out forms for taxes, work authorization, and benefits registration
Serve a probationary period for 6-12 months depending on the job or work area
