- Applications reviewed
- Once you submit your application, you’ll receive a confirmation email immediately.
- After the application deadline, Human Resources review applications for minimum qualifications for the job. We may do additional screenings.
- You’ll get an email stating whether or not you’re moving ahead in the process. This usually happens within one week after the application deadline.
- Interview scheduled and conducted
- The hiring manager reviews applications and invites candidates to interview.
- Candidates interview for the job.
- Offer made to selected candidate
- The hiring manager makes an offer to a candidate.
- Post-offer screening conducted for some positions
Required checks may include:
- Criminal background check
- Driver’s license check
- Psychological test
- Drug or alcohol test
- Language assessment for jobs requiring bilingual skills
- Start employment
- Attend new employee orientation (NEO)
- Fill out forms for taxes, work authorization, and benefits registration
- Serve a probationary period for 6-12 months depending on the job or work area
