Achieve Twin Cities

Achieve Twin Cities has named Hennepin County a 2025 Community Partner, recognizing our shared commitment to youth development and opportunity. This year, we welcomed eight incredible Step Up Interns whose energy, ideas, and contributions made a lasting impact across Hennepin County.

"Each year, (Achieve) serve(s) over 15,000 students in 26 high schools, empowering them to plan for the future with confidence. In fact, 93% of students who work with our team graduate with a clear, actionable career pathway plan. And the impact goes even further — lower-income students and students of color who participate in our programs enroll in college at rates more than 50% higher than their peers, while Step Up participants enroll at 45% higher rates than those who do not take part."
